Life is full of surprises and every now and then we are all caught off-guard - no matter how well prepared we are or how well we plan our lives! It's part of what makes life interesting. Often that song about "life is a roller coaster, you just got to ride it" keeps mulling in my head and it reminds me that we are all on our own little roller coaster. So when some people are at their highest high, others are at their lowest low. This is how people often miss each other in everyday life or, if they are lucky, wave to each other in the passing by. So when you are on a high and on top of things, know it, experience it and appreciate it. And when you are at the bottom, remember that the only way to go is up so start climbing!
